8 to 18 Website Registration Instructions for Parents & Guardians:

* All RUHS Band and Guard are REQUIRED to do on-line registration via 8to18.   This must be done in both Fall and Spring

To register online for Seasonal Sports or Activities-use the following instructions:

The parent/guardian must be the person who is creating the account and registering the student/athlete.

Go to https://redondounion.8to18.com/ (Note: there is no www. in the link name)

Click on “Create an Account” and enter your email and create your own password. (Please be sure to remember the password as you will use this for the years to come for all of your children.). PARENTS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE THE ONE TO REGISTER THE CHILD. THE SCHOOL WILL BE SENDING COMMUNICATION OUT TO THIS EMAIL. You will be able to add 3 additional emails that can receive communication- but cannot access the account.

Click on “Begin Registration” 

“Select Activity”

Choose the sport / activity your child will be participating in.

Fall: Marching Band,
Spring: Concert Bands (Wind/Concert), Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, Percussion Band, Winter Dance Guard

YOU HAVE TO DO THIS FOR EACH BAND YOUR STUDENT IS ENROLLED IN. This is how the payments get added together to one total at the last screen.

“Select Participant”

Add a New Participant (or choose your child once created)
All information on this page is for the student, (i.e. cell phone, email, Student ID,)

“Roster Details”

Follow prompts – you don’t have to put in the uniform sizing, just put whatever for the t-shirt and shorts. We do our own Uniform measurements during Band Camp. If you leave it blank, it will not let you go past this screen.

“Primary Parent/Guardian Information”

Fill out the Parent information on the next page.

“Physical Form” – on the front screen it says “Download Medical Forms” on the right-hand side under Participants & Registration. Your student’s name will be listed under Participants & Registrationso Print the current form, bring it with you to your physician.

Remember your athlete must have a current physical in order to begin tryouts/practice.

PHYSICAL FORMS must be turned in before the season starts (August), or your student WILL NOT be able to participate in Band / Guard to the Athletic Assistant’s office in the Administration building.

At this time by clicking on the boxes, you are agreeing and consenting to all information provided.

You may click on the form to read or print. Please note that when there is a parent/guardian and student check box- they must both be checked to move forward.

Please DO NOT turn in any forms filled out.

Click on “Finish” to complete your registrations AND PAY FOR YOUR TRANSPORTATION FEES!
You can pay via credit card or checking account.

You will receive an email confirmation from no-reply@8to18.com. Please check your email for this- and your spam. Add to contacts to insure delivery. You will receive important communications from the Athletic Department and at times 8to18.
