Athletic Clearance - 8 to 18 + FORM

All band and guard members are required to have an up-to-date physical for athletic clearance.

• To get your athletic clearance, go to 8 to 18

• To fill out the 8 to 18 site, you can use our HOW TO guide

• You can also get the physical form on the RUHS website, but everyone needs to fill out and pay for transportation and clearance on the 8 to 18 website above

• Please submit your physical forms (pdf format) to Clara Kahan:  ckahan@rbusd.org

• Mr. Vizcarra, Mrs. Frias, Mr. Vargas and the booster board members will not be able to accept any forms.
