ALL MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS JOINING ANY OF OUR BANDS MUST FILL OUT GOOGLE FORM IN LINK BELOW EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO AUDITION.

Please let me know your plans for each ensemble for every item in this form. There is one appropriate answer you can select for each, select the best answer that fits your choice. Marching Band is available to all students, Symphonic Band is mandatory for all freshmen students, Jazz Band and Wind Ensemble is by audition and sometimes freshmen have made it into these groups. Though you are required to answer all questions, the Orchestra question is for students who may no longer be continuing with band instruments or may be able to fit another elective in to their schedule.
