IMPORTANT INFORMATION for individual pictures being taken Jan 27th & Feb 10th. 9 AM-11 AM outside the Band Room. These pictures are OPTIONAL.
The following information is the same for BOTH picture days. The Band Room will open up at 8:30 AM. If you are a Marching Student, you will need to allow time to pick up and change into your uniform. Dance Guard and other Band students, please use your best judgment if you would like to arrive in your picture attire, or change at the school.
Included with this post is a PDF order form, There is minimal cost for prints and digital copies. Please bring this with you on your assigned picture day. All pictures will be delivered 2 weeks AFTER we have the Full Marching Photo taken. The date on the full photo is still being finalized.
We will begin taking pictures at 9 AM and continue until 11 AM. In order to be respectful of our photographers time. Please do not arrive at 11:05 AM and expect your picture to be taken.
We are asking that sections come on their assigned day, if you have a conflict and can’t make it on your assigned please let me know ASAP via PM. If you would like to take a Buddy photo and your assigned picture day is different than your Buddy, PM Cheryl Hicks Hirschi and we can figure out the best day to have it taken.
