Come UNIFORM READY (No make-up or nail polish. Hair Shako ready. Compression shirt compression shorts, black socks. Remember your gloves and shoes).
1:50 pm Load Buses
2:15 pm Depart
4:00 pm Arrive, check in, bathrooms, snacks food at competition (we are not allowed to serve our own food at lot)
5:00 pm Unload, and prep flags, instruments, pit unloads and builds, cables everything up, Change into uniforms
5:40 pm Stretch and breath near buses in lot
6:00 pm Walk to zone
6:15 pm Warm up
6:30 pm Full ensemble
6:40 pm Pit leaves
6:42pm Band leaves
6:52 pm Ensemble@Gate
7:20 pm Wrap@Trailers
7:30pm Change, snack & Load, walk back to stands
9:00 pm Awards (5A & 6A division)
9:30pm Depart for RUHs
10:30 pm Arrive & Unload
11:00pm Parent Pick Up Time (Time approximate) Please have your student text or call you when we are exiting the freeway.
Remember, they have to return uniforms after they return.
Also, UNLOADING CREW will take longer than other students to be done.

Active Military (with valid I.D.): $ 7.00

Premium guest/spectator parking is available in the General student lot located off of 16th street adjacent to the main entrance to the stadium. Additional parking is available on the street outside of the stadium.
Handicapped parking is available in designated spots in the lots listed above; also by following directions from event parking staff.
Boosters are providing a LIGHT SNACK upon arrival @ Newport. If you like you can send a lunch with your child or give them money to purchase food at the comp.
Everyone attending this event (and all field shows) will be required to purchase a ticket. People who volunteer for Pit Crew MAY receive free admission (if the venue allows this), but all other volunteers will definitely need to purchase tickets if they want to watch the show and/or awards.
