A few reminders: please continue to send plenty of snacks and water with your kids for August 22 to 26 band camp. Also continue with the sunblock and hat reminders. Eventually they will get into a habit/routine themselves.
For next Wednesday’s practice, August 24th, please be sure to provide a healthy lunch for your child. You may consider dropping off lunch for them if possible. Their lunch is short that day (please refer to the booster calendar) and Mr V does not want kids going off campus for lunch. By remaining on campus they can have plenty of time to eat and rest before they resume their activities.
I am still collecting allergy/food forms and BBQ forms. Please do not send money as we will collect payment at the BBQ. You may also PM the forms/info to me. Hard copies may be returned to Alexander Talaie (guard) or their section leaders. Section leaders please turn them in to Alexander.
You may drop off water and snack donations at Friday’s call time (August 26). Small water bottles, Welches fruit snacks, and granola bars.
We will be sending out a sign up genius form for the upcoming football game and Rehearsathon BBQ in the next few days. Please check your inboxes.
One last note, please be patient with changes in schedules and times. This is common at the beginning of the marching season. Check the band booster calendar for all latest info.
